I finally figured out the issue, you (apparently) have to have the app installed, and a profile set up. Then in the vehicle screen setup remote access and when that is granted, choose your profile on the screen. Itās a hassle but now the vehicle recognizes me and saves my settings. š¤
Plenty of length to sleep inside, 80ā when the front seat is moved all the way up. Hereās my Helebox set up.
I havenāt ordered a mattress yet, I wanted to make sure it fit properly first.
I just ordered the Helebox. It will give you 6ā. You just have to put the front seat forward. The front legs are longer so they reach the floor in front of the back seat. The back legs are shorter and clear the back seat to give you a flat bed. No affiliation.

I had to buy a small "trunk organizer" crate for a few things like a jump starter box. When I bought the 4Runner, I assumed (yes, I know) that there was a space beneath the cargo floor. Spoiler: There isn't.
I am looking for a set of side window shades (3 each sideā2 doors plus cargo area). I had a set for my old truck that completely blocked the view inside the rig. Good for sleeping in the truck. The ones I had before were made from a Reflectix like material.
Something like this...
If you find an ORP with Tow Tech, do you still get Homelink? Or does that get deleted due to the electronic mirror?
I don't currently own a 4Runner but hope to buy one by next spring. Thanks!
