  1. Real World MPG by Owners (gas non-hybrid 4Runner) - Post Yours ⛽️

ORP with 1.25” level, Toyo at3 285/70/17, trailhunter roof rack. Lately I’ve been running 89 octane (only 87,89,93 available in my area). Lately I’ve been getting about 17mpg. Last tank was 16.4 with about 50/50 city hwy. Don’t love it. That paired with the small gas tank, I’m at the gas station...
  2. Aftermarket Soft Touch Interior Materials to Replace Hard Plastics in the 2025 4Runners?

C'mon aftermarket vendors! You're leaving money on the table here. Take my moneyyyyy
  3. Land Cruiser shocks installed on 2025 4Runner TRD ORP

agreed. Kinda wild we are talking about needing to replace the suspension that came on a $60k truck to just be comfortable when hitting bumps on asphalt. Personally, going down to 17s with more sidewall on a tire helped big time. Maybe one day when its paid off I will slap a king setup on there.
  4. Land Cruiser shocks installed on 2025 4Runner TRD ORP

I would hope it’s night and day considering that costs at least $3k lol
  5. Toyo AT3 285/70/17 Load C + Method 703 +35mm + Peak Suspension 1.25" front level lift

I never had them mounted with stock suspension, I had the peak 1.25" level kit installed first. The 5th gen was much harder to fit 33s than the 6th gen though. The main thing that's going to affect rub in this scenario is offset. Since the factory tires on the Off-road trims are ~32.5", you are...
  6. Toyo AT3 285/70/17 Load C + Method 703 +35mm + Peak Suspension 1.25" front level lift

No. It sits about the same. With the 17” wheel you get more sidewall of the tire than the stock 18s. Stock 265/70/18 is 32.6” diameter 285/70/17 is 32.7” diameter
  7. Toyo AT3 285/70/17 Load C + Method 703 +35mm + Peak Suspension 1.25" front level lift

If you mean tires, pretty much the same diameter as the stock ones so same height. Fits in my smallish garage just fine

  10. Remove spare when going bigger than 33's?

Here's a couple of pics courtesy of @808runner from another thread. 285/70/17
  11. Remove spare when going bigger than 33's?

This is the exact reason I have NOT replaced my spare with a matching 285/70/17. The spare sits as low as the diff... If you are actually going to go offroad you are going to drag that thing constantly on rocks. They really blew it with the design of the spare compartment on these trucks...
  12. Rubber grommets on roof under roof rack came off in car wash

  16. Heritage Blue Off-Road Premium - Chill Daily Driver

Yeah the rewiring and reprogramming the camera weren't worth it to me and I don't mind how it looks. I'm sure at some point I will get bored and do it and get a nice lightbar.
  17. Heritage Blue Off-Road Premium - Chill Daily Driver

Dumb luck probably. I went into one of the many 6th gen groups on FB and was scrolling through a random post and saw someone near me who said she was waiting on her new full length rack, but that I could have her old one once it came. That was in... September. So I (impatiently) waited for her...
  18. Heritage Blue Off-Road Premium - Chill Daily Driver

Snagged a trailhunter roof rack for FREE on facebook. I tried to pay the lady but she insisted. Love the way it looks on the truck. Also check out my neighbors heritage blue house. They painted it after I bought the truck lol.
