What do you think, in terms of off roadiness (I know, I just made the word up) does the competence level go up from 4Runner to LC to GX, or does one really not give much toughness up when looking at the different models? Is it truly just about adding a more comfortable cabin and more bells and...
Thank you very much for this report.
I'm 6' 2" and am therefore concerned that I would never fit in to a 4Runner. Which is what I really want. This is based on reports that the LC has a much taller roof-line.
Ah well, I guess that I'll half to look at a LC or GX.
My understanding is that the Trail hunter comes with a fresh air scoop.
This got me thinking about using the truck for river crossings where the water would be above the hood slightly.
I believe that in it's current set up this maneuver would not be doable.
Not being an engineer I half to...
Thank you for this information.
Yes, let's hope that:
The dimensions of the 4R are different than the Taco.
Or, that the 4R that we are seeing is not exactly what will be produced.
Barring those two things, one can hope that the headroom of the LC is indeed higher.
There are just too many...
I would like to get a 4Runner hybrid for its off-road abilities, but being 6' 2" I'm concerned about the headroom. That's why I'm keeping the LC in mind. Ultimately I sure would like to wait and sit in each one to see "what feels right".
Do we know yet what octane fuel the hybrid and non-hybrid engines will use? I really don’t want to half to pay for 91 octane fuel.
I’m also wondering what kind of head room the new 4Runner will have. I’m 6’ 2” and just barely fit into my 2018 4Runner (with sunroof).
