Here's what the inside of the fuse box looks like. The red circles are over the AUX circuit relays, blue circles are over AUX circuit fuses. All are missing the wiring in the fuse box.
That second picture, is that inside the front or rear? I don't think that's what we're looking for, unfortunately, but I'd like to investigate more.
Every AUX connector I've seen on the Tacoma is a male connector with a blank plugged into it, and that's the opposite. The Toyota accessory...

I've owned many vehicles with start-stop, including a 2020 X3M Comp and a Rav4 Hybrid (wife's daily) and none of them have ever had issues. Honestly, no one I've ever known has had issues with start/stop on any vehicle.
I've had mine a few weeks now, haven't driven it much (weird, I know) and filled it up for the first time yesterday...18mpg on a TRD ORP Hybrid with Nitto Ridge Grappler Upgrade. Not great, and that's considering I reset the trip and MPG with a full tank at 6 miles.
I did 40 miles yesterday...
I researched this yesterday and found that the emblem itself isn't available, you have to buy the entire trim panel to the tune of several hundred dollars.
