That is a great price. No chance to pay anything but MSRP where I live 4 months ago based on lack of inventory.
The best I could do is finding a dealer who allowed me to remove all PIO, which saved me about 1,500.
My WC Pearl MSRP was around 57,500 with the only PIO mudguards at $160. My OTD price was 62,800, so 59 is pretty good. I would offer 57 and see what they say. Back in July where I live, not many dealerships had more than 1, but right now a few dealerships by me have 10 sitting on their lot. It...
Don’t forget to shop around at many different dealers in your area. Some have no dealer discounts and some offer another 20% off or so on top of Toyotas 25% off. Place items in your cart and start the check out to see their price. I found one particular dealer and saved hundreds back in July.
I can admit when I’m wrong and it looks normal. I have a Windchill Pear Sport and it looks like my painter was more generous, as it’s subtle vs others. One of these days my picture might upload.
I will remove that plastic piece and check in the morning. I can’t really tell looking through the grill, as I have a Windchill Pearl. Trying to post a pic that may upload by tomorrow.
This is false info. It’s all done on the computer and takes all of 30 seconds to add or subtract any PIO. Then when your 4R arrives, the port employee pulls your build sheet and installs what’s listed. I removed about 6 different options and had zero listed, but called the sales MGR back a week...
Most definitely installed SL 116 tires and it seemed to make the ride more harsh vs the stock 20’s. I only had the stock tires on for a week and can’t say I remember exactly. It did the opposite from what I expected, after removing the lower profile 20’s.
I test drove a Land Cruiser Premium...
From what I read the stock front is about 1.75 below the rear, so if I were to reduce the Fox coil over 1/2” it should theoretically level the ride keeping the stock rear coil. I will check my options, then decide
My main reason to upgrade the suspension is solely based on the jittery/ poor...
I just sent them a PM for purchasing info, but don’t plan on replacing the rear coil. Is the rear coil the same size as stock, or will it add a rear lift? When do you plan on having these installed, as you’ll be the Guinea pig?
I went to an off road shop today and was quoted $500 for them...
^^^All good info, but won’t help much with the shock tune in my Sport. I coast on my every day freeway exit and one particular lane has a 40’ ripple strip of brake bumps that would give a bobble head whiplash if I had one mounted on my dash. The initial stroke of the shock tune is the problem...
Whether we took the bait or not, the reality is reality. You don’t remember that one member who counted get rid of his vibration at HWY speed on his Pro. Was he a troll?
Whats the issue with many of us wanting to find a solution? I’m looking at installing some Fox 2.0 shocks as $2300 is well...
I’ve been driving a truck since 1991 and I test drove 3 different models + both engine types. Test drives only tell you so much and a lot is based on how shitty of road sections that you drove on. I took one OR on a loop and it drove smooth, but when I thought about it later on, I realized that...
Any GOOD dealer will allow you to remove any PIO prior to your truck reaching the dock. That $399 vehicle protection package is also junk and should be removed.
^^^Good question, as I was wondering about the rear coil springs myself and if they are a spring rate or two too stiff causing the harsh ride issue more than the shocks.
