Not sure yet, the brackets have a seal on the bottom of them and the bolts seem to have rubber washers and loctite already on the bolts.

Parts arrived today, taking the 4runner in for the brake squeal issue tomorrow and a leaky TPMS sensor. Hopefully get this rack removed and the delete installed this weekend as well as a heritage grill swap!

Update! Found Toyota's print this morning for the rackless Japanese models... Part numbers I ordered are correct.
