What is confusing to me is people mention the Air Dam, but there are trims that don't have the Air Dam that were also held up in QC? So are we sure its an Air Dam?
What has the dealer said, if anything? I know ours was originally supposed to be available around 07/30, but that date kept getting updated and closer every few days and the dealer is pretty much telling us its looking like by end of this week or early next (Went from 07/30 to 07/03). I don't...
Yea - We have the Navy Fed Pre in hand and are fully planning to go that route unless TFS finds a way to match or at least be competitive, otherwise we're just heavily considering doing the all cash, but I'm a little hesitant there.
It definitely is the rarest trim, thats for sure. I had a dealership a few hours away have a red one available for a few weeks, but we ended up finding a different color closer.
Its whatever algorithm Toyota uses to anticipate demand. Most dealerships we've spoken to have been pretty...
Looks like a Zombie thread, but a lot of those PIOs are overpriced crap. $70 for pack of USB Cables? $500 for a mediocre 1CH Dashcam? etc.
Not to mention, many folks are financing those those options will just end up accumulating interest over the life of the loan, etc.
That’s surprising. Most find the pricing and features/quality ridiculous. You can get a 2-3CH 4K Dashcam from a premium brand for the cost Toyota wants for a 1080p (HD) single front facing. It’s essentially an entry-level Dashcam at a premium price…
The “Hanging wire” thing is just an...
The only way to get accurate MPG estimates is going based off the actual consumption. The onboard computers are estimates (Usually inaccurate) at best. Ive used an App like Fuelly on all my vehicles that I track fill-up by fill-up based on actual consumption. We should have our Platinum here...
Most Dashcam Manufactures have Front/Rear setups with long cables. The "Wires Hanging" is more of an installer thing. If you find a reputable installer, they will hide everything under the headliner and pillars.
The only "Toyota" Dashcam is grossly overpriced and its front only.
It’s very regional dependent. Midwest here and pretty much no one dares to try ADMs in the 4Runner. Might be some more than desired PIO/DIO, but that’s about it.
A lot of the southern states, especially the Gulf states and the HCOL areas on the west coast will try ADMs, and will pretty much...
Never understood why people get so hung up on "MSRP" - Its nothing more than a number that the manufacturer sets (recommends) based on extensive research of the market that they feel consumers will pay. If its set too high (overpriced) the vehicles won't hit projections. If its under priced...
Sitting on that 4-5% range is at that limit that makes financing still worth considering. Part of me just wants to pay it off and be done with it, but part of me also rather keep cash in hand with market uncertainty right now and locking in at a 4-5% rate and financing 50% of it over 24-48...
