  1. 6th gen SR5 or TRD Sport? Is the Sport worth higher price?

SR5 owner here, and you're correct about no heated seats or auto AC. I'd like both, but not for the upgrade charge. As for USB ports, there are 2 Type Cs next to where the charging pad should be (it's clearly designed to be on) and a 3rd on the passenger side of the screen that you can't...
  2. 6th Gen, SR5 2WD is mine! My 1st 4Runner - Owner Review (coming from Jeep Gladiator)

Hah! That's pretty cool! Congrats on yours, too. I do wish I had 4WD but if I'm being honest with myself I don't need it. It might limit what I'd do at the beach, but that's not a big deal. My next one will have it, though...now to get the wife to want one...
  3. 6th Gen, SR5 2WD is mine! My 1st 4Runner - Owner Review (coming from Jeep Gladiator)

Meant to be is certainly how I'd word it as well! It's going to be my daily driver. The current plan is to drive it for 5 years and then give it to my son when he goes to college so he has something reliable to begin adulthood with, while I didn't have that scenario. It'll probably have 65k...
  4. 4Runner 6th Gen OWNERS Registry List & Stats [Add Yours]! 📊

Yeah, I definitely don't need the steps but I don't dislike the look of the steps. I didn't have any on my Gladiator Mojave that was far higher of a step into the vehicle, for instance. My daughter likes them, though.
  5. 6th Gen, SR5 2WD is mine! My 1st 4Runner - Owner Review (coming from Jeep Gladiator)

I tried to upload pictures you might not find everywhere else. You can see the grab handle for the passenger that's on the A pillar in one of the pictures, for example. If you have any questions or want to see something, let me know.
  6. 6th Gen, SR5 2WD is mine! My 1st 4Runner - Owner Review (coming from Jeep Gladiator)

I've owned a Wrangler Unlimited (2012 JKU) and traded a 2022 Gladiator Mojave for a zero option, 2025 4Runner SR5 2WD. My Gladiator was great in a lot of ways, but the transmission bricked my car a little over a year ago, then again 3 weeks ago, and then again this past Wednesday afternoon...
  7. Gulf States Toyota (GST) not releasing 2025 4Runners to dealers yet? [Update: vehicles have arrived now]

Yeah, adding almost 8% to the MSRP with all of these things is a bit much. The steps are my least favorite part, but my 9 year old likes them.
  8. Gulf States Toyota (GST) not releasing 2025 4Runners to dealers yet? [Update: vehicles have arrived now]

For reference, it's $3213 of GST accessories on mine. Off the top of my head, it's: - Roof rack - Steps - Rubber mats - Towing hitch (it's still in the box) - Sealant-type crap - Connectivity kit (expensive USB cables they didn't give me, so yes I'm going back to get them lol) - Extra LED...
  9. Gulf States Toyota (GST) not releasing 2025 4Runners to dealers yet? [Update: vehicles have arrived now]

Texas here, and I bought this yesterday. Don't hate me, but I happened to drive up right after they got it and somehow they didn't presell. I paid sticker (including the GST stuff). They also told me they had no idea when they'd get another one, but thought it would potentially be 2-3 months.
  10. Below MSRP Pricing / Invoice Price -- anyone get a deal yet?

There's no chance on that for a while. If they can sell the few they get at sticker (I'm sure some dealerships are going over sticker) then why would they discount at all? I bought mine at sticker yesterday.
