Paint has always been a shortcoming of the Japanese OEMs.
They all use inferior paint and inferior electrolysis processes compared to the Germans.
3-4th Gen Tacoma pickups suffered especially as they used a process the Germans phased out in the 1990s.
In fact they were using manually operated...
With Costco, I think the Bridgestones are the clear choice for your case.
Otherwise, just run out the factory Yokohamas / OE Tire and then decide since you're on-road most of the time.
#1 is reviewed very favorably by TireRack, plus it's what I'll replace the stock Falkens on my ORP when they're kaput. You can buy these from Costco with all the Costco benefits and member pricing. They also seem to have the best snow performance of the current A/T crop.
#3 seems to suit your...
As an aside I'm doing 20.5mpg total average on 91 octane here in CO.
~1350mi on the vehicle, and this includes a trip up to RMNP and some off roading in the Ironclads.
Absolute best glass cleaner is Sonax Glass Cleaner.
It's not a usual alcohol soup, but rather surfactant based which allows for more working time.
For water spots on the exterior, you'll need a hard water spot remover like Chemical Guys.
Can also try Windex + Vinegar to melt some of the...
4R market is pretty hot in Denver.
Was lucky enough to use the spreadsheet on this forum to find a blue TRD OR Prem in CO Springs.
Dealer was nice: no haggle, no mark ups, no add ons, no fees.
Was prepared to dance, but they didn't bite.

Have not driven the hybrid 4R, but if it's anything like our Honda hybrid the engine is running when traveling over 20mph.
I'm speaking more generally on gas engine cars, apologies for the confusion.
Hybrids "engine brake" by "battery braking", using induction to charge the battery whereby...
Coasting in neutral actually uses fuel.
Coasting in D means the fuel supply is cut off and the engine is turning from the engine braking/trans; what you're hearing is the air moving through the engine.
Coasting in N means the car will supply fuel to the engine to keep it running, aka idling...
Hot take: the 2.4 turbo petrol 4Runner 6G and 2.4 turbo diesel Fortuner/Hilux drive virtually the same.
I rented a 2.8 GD6 Fortuner in Kruger NP and a 2.4 GD6 in Cape Town last November, and drove either for 2-3wks.
The performance and driving characteristics are extremely similar across these...
It was pretty cheap at Walmart; iirc it was $27 for the 5qt jug and $8.50 for the 1qt.
$7 for the filter and drain plug gasket brings the total to $40.
Much cheaper than the 7qts + $15 Mann filter I bought for my erstwhile 340i.
The ESP x2 is serious stuff, comprising of 75% GTL and 25% PAO -...
Euro spec Mobil 1 oil.

Better suited for turbo charged cars than standard IMO.
The Euro builders approval process far and away exceed API, ILSAC, or JASO specifications for wear and deposits.
Initially 3 years from new, then 2 year intervals thereafter is the conservative recommendation.
At least, this is what is recommended by most brands.
It's very easy to do if you have a jack and some basic tools, all you need is an empty bottle and some vinyl tubing:
Generally, brake squeal is due to insufficient lubrication of the pads and bearing surfaces on the calipers of the brakes system.
I have a BMW with semi metallic pads, brembo style brakes calipers, and giant 14" front discs, it doesn't squeal at all since I replaced the brakes and made extra...
