  1. 2025 ORP Hybrid Build: Peak 1.25" Spacer Lift, Terra Grappler G3 tires, TRD Pro wheels & skid plate, Rotopax, Westcott rack & molle panels

This looks great!, after some searching for a mild leveling kit I found the peak one weeks ago and finally ordered it Friday on sale. It appears like I won't regret it.
  2. Rear Door Window Seal - Looks like its incorrectly fitted both sides

Yup, looks like shit, mine are like this too. I think the best course of action is to put in a complaint at the dealership so it is on the record, tell them to wait a while longer, like a year, then have them replaced. Gives them time to update the part.... if they do, or if they come out with a...
  3. Overall a good truck, but a big Fail and a bit of a miss

I have to agree with the rear seat tumble, I miss having the little bit of space underneath the backseat, and the old design just made way more sense in terms of maximizing the cargo space and giving a nice level surface. After owning the 3rd gen Tundra, playing around with the 4th gen Taco...
  4. Maybe a former Tundra owner soon to be 6th gen owner

The change in quality is very apparent to me and highlights the Tundra's shortcomings. For my lifestyle it isn't a hard adjustment, I am getting an new utility trailer soon and I only tow a small boat. I am just happy to be unburdened by the disaster that the 3rd gen is, and only 5 days after I...
  5. Toyo AT3 285/70/17 Load C + Method 703 +35mm + Peak Suspension 1.25" front level lift

I'll keep them in mind but to be quite honest, I daily drive my rig, I use beaters offroad so I just plan on the peak 1.25" and putting stock size "real" wildpeaks on. I just got rid of my Tundra that I blew thousands on, which is typical of me, and I am burnt out on putting suspension on rigs...
  6. Toyo AT3 285/70/17 Load C + Method 703 +35mm + Peak Suspension 1.25" front level lift

Interesting, I didn't know there were different mudguards for the Pro and Trailhunter. I am going to look into it, I hate not having them.
  7. New owner, finally picked up a rig

Niiiiiiice, I'm digging the murdered out look myself.
  8. New owner, finally picked up a rig

Thanks! Dude, my 77 year old dad has owned only two vehicles in 52 years and has had is Tacoma for 25, first words out of his mouth were do not buy any more aftermarket parts. What he doesn't know is I already have a shopping list, so yep we both know what will happen.
  9. Maybe a former Tundra owner soon to be 6th gen owner

I think these will hold up, at the very least be way better. I have a brother who has been a tech with Toyota now for two decades, he is so mellow and go with the flow that when he said "I wouldn't want to deal with the BS if my bearings got munched" I was disturbed... you'd have to know the guy...
  10. Maybe a former Tundra owner soon to be 6th gen owner

A TRD Offroad premium, tried for minimal options and it has moonroof, towtech, floor liners and the TRD wheels. Would rather not had the wheels so I could choose my own, but it is what it is.
  11. New owner, finally picked up a rig

After months of contemplation and some decent amount of wheel time, I finally pulled and took delivery of an offroad premium. I was able to get it for invoice with a combo of a discount and some extra money on my trade. These can be had for deep discounts, you just need to be aggressive, they...
  12. Maybe a former Tundra owner soon to be 6th gen owner

@K2mia @4running I ended up doing it, took delivery yesterday. I was able to spend time with two different rigs, one for an extended amount of time and I felt it was a superior vehicle that with a trailer could do everything I needed to.
  13. Maybe a former Tundra owner soon to be 6th gen owner

@K2mia @4running thanks for the two different insights. This is the problem, I am stuck right in between the both of your points. To 4running's point, I know I will always be worried about my Tundra, it sucks, its in my head deep. I have owned Toyotas with almost 300k miles and didn't worry...
  14. Maybe a former Tundra owner soon to be 6th gen owner

Hi All, just curious if anyone here was a previous 3rd gen Tundra owner and what are your thoughts on ditching it. I have a 2023 Tundra TRDORP CrewMax 6.5 bed, sold my 2007 Tundra after 12 years of ownership and my 2018 to get this thing.... not impressed after 2 1/2 years. I have owned Toyota...
