I just noticed yesterday my air dam is the same way. There is a decent sized gap when I slightly touch the passenger side of the air dam, but the screws feel tight for now.
Honestly, everything else about the truck is nice - even the new powertrain. I just wish they would acknowledge the issues, instead of telling me nothing is wrong.
However, after reading all of these reports about the air dam, I think I should take mine off before either it or some screws...

My front air dam seems pretty secure still after almost 4000 miles, but I wonder if it’s for the front brakes. The noise is way worse than just some squeaking.
So, Toyota closed my warranty case today. They said there are no safety or performance concerns, and they have no recommendations to address the issue.
Basically, we just get to live with the terrible brake noise.
I agree with you. I do the exact same thing backing up now. I have accidentally gotten a little too close to a fence backing up like that because I was trying my best not to press the brakes too much.

I have been following this for awhile, and I decided to make my own case with that website. They did contact me back, and I even talked to them on the phone awhile. I sent them videos of me backing up and sent pictures of the rotor.
I took the video during of me backing out of my driveway first...
