I just took a closer look, and the second screw from the left is actually missing. I guess I’ll take the whole air dam off now to be safe.

I just noticed yesterday my air dam is the same way. There is a decent sized gap when I slightly touch the passenger side of the air dam, but the screws feel tight for now.

My front air dam seems pretty secure still after almost 4000 miles, but I wonder if it’s for the front brakes. The noise is way worse than just some squeaking.

So, Toyota closed my warranty case today. They said there are no safety or performance concerns, and they have no recommendations to address the issue. Basically, we just get to live with the terrible brake noise.
