What are you using to cut it? From what I've read online a carbide blade on a table saw should do the trick.

Looks like they have the full bambed available now. https://bambeds.com/products/6th-gen-4runner-bambed My only hesitancy is how much rattling it may produce. (Well, and the fact it costs 1K). But for pre-fab options it seems to give you the largest sleeping space while maximizing the amount...

@RollingRocker - are you still intending to do a full breakdown of measurements/materials once you wrap this? I've been keeping tabs on this thread and am very interested in building my own for my SR5. Never worked with 80/20 before though but it seems great.

@CSpil - I hate to be that person - but I'm too far to feasibly buy from you but was looking at getting one myself from their site. Can I ask why you're selling? Did it not fit in the 6g?
