How can we be certain that blind/box bolts are rated for the load? Has it been tested or at least analyzed? The stress on the frame is non uniform with the blind bolt and thats the opposite of what you'd want. For a non-structural part I wouldn't care but for this, I'd want some proof first...

I was also looking at the manual a few weeks back and didn't understand the Toyota rotation pattern. The 2nd/lower rotation image makes more sense to me. Are we missing something here??
