I got my VIN yesterday, but it was originally going to someone else before that buyer backed out. So by the time it was assigned to me it's already built and has an ETA to the dealer in the next 2ish weeks

My salesperson said my 4Runner ORP Hybrid has already been built and is in transport for a 3/2-3/19 delivery. However, the Vspec is status shows "A". Does this make sense? The dealer only today gave me an allocation that someone backed out of. I wanted to change up the port accessories, but...

For those of you who have taken delivery and have the accessory cargo lighting -- is this worth the cost? Can you post photos of the accessory vs what is the standard lighting back there? Is there a switch to turn it off?

What region are you all in? There are no hybrids at all allocated to any dealers in a 500 mile radius of Southern California right now -- at least per Toyota's online inventory system. Unless they are hybrids that are miscategorized as gas.

The turn signals are completely off when the DRL is on. The turn signals are on dim amber when the headlights are on. They become bright amber when signaling. With the switchback lights, they'd be dim white with the headlights on. When the turn signal is activated, they switch to bright amber.

Your SR5 just uses that bulb as a running light and turn signal. The DRL is the normal LED low beam, on low power. The switchback function is to switch that running light (when the headlights are fully on) from dim amber to dim white. Personally I will be ordering the full amber for mine.

Incandescent. For a company that is trying to sell bulbs, quite a knowledge gap on that, as they refer to it as halogen about a dozen times....

How do you run them as DRL? Manually switch the lights to "parking" with fogs?
