I just purchased from out of state and had a 250 mile drive back. I found a slower way to go, would change speeds a lot, and followed the basic rules. Who knows if I did it completely right but I definitely took it easy. I was fortunate to be in the middle of nowhere a bit so that helped.
If you ever want to see a lot of wildlife, spend a week in Yellowstone in early June. All the babies are out, it’s not too busy yet, you won’t be disappointed.
I created a trailer setting that showed it was 3’ long and no trailer brake, hoping that it would think it was that but why doesn’t it think it’s a trailer?
I know this has been posted but I can’t find the thread. I have a 1up rack with two bikes, it won’t recognize it as a trailer, if I turn PKSB off I can reverse without braking but it still gives me a constant warning tone in reverse. Any help is appreciated.
Now that you have had them awhile, what's your thoughts? Do they give you a good step to access roof? Also, do you find your leg clears when getting in if you don't use it as a step, or do you rub on them?
Out of curiosity what else did you look at and read to lead you back. I am very close to pulling the trigger but feel hesitant with some of the issues. Or is it that the 4R community is so big that you hear the complaints easier…
I think mine is coming from Long Beach as I am picking it up in NM. It blew right through the port and is actually showing up 2 weeks early at the dealer. Landed in port 6/24 and left days later. ??‍♂️
How does anyone really know if quality of gas makes a long term difference? Think about all the old ass trucks you still see running in low income towns, were they putting high quality fuel in….doubtful.
