This video shows the underside of a 2025 4Runner Off-Road Premium (ORP), non-hybrid, before and after installation of a transfer case skid plate (part number PT228-35248). This vehicle already had the front skid plate previously installed, which had to be loosened in order to fit the transfer plate skid plate between the front skid plate and the frame. This is also where the transfer plate's tab hooks hold the plate in place before tightening the bolts.
