  1. PA 4Runner Tumbles Off Colorado Trail (Hurricane Pass)

No seatbelt, ejected. Sad. Stay safe.
  2. Range (small fuel tank capacity) is the kryptonite of the 4runner

More info from their instagram, they are only 3 fuel stops away from here haha. Might go to boise and get this done. I have driven to to boise from vegas before, boy the anxiety was real.
  3. Range (small fuel tank capacity) is the kryptonite of the 4runner

Interesting, I might do this early next year if possible.
  4. Range (small fuel tank capacity) is the kryptonite of the 4runner

Just needed to rant for a second because the range on this thing is ruining the experience for me. Getting ~280 miles out of a tank is brutal. I can’t even drive to LA on a single tank without having to stop—unless I want to push deep into the fuel reserve, which I’m obviously trying to avoid...
  5. Can someone give me a quick education?

Get the non hybrid for sure. The hybrid just weighs more and takes up trunk space. If you want more power on the non hybrid just use 91/93 octane. You will get 20hp more.

255/80/17 (33" inch) Geolander AT4 tires installed on SR5. No issues. No rubbing. Full size spare fits. Tires are louder than I expected. Ride quality seems the same as the all season on paved road, but much harsher off-road. Did not lower pressure, will do this in the future. Going on 3000...

  8. Explain like I am 5 - Offset/Scrub Radius and suspension wear

IMO TRD wheels are pretty good. After market wheels probably weigh more and adversely affect the performance. I would recommend just up the tire size save the money. This is what grok had to say. https://grok.com/share/bGVnYWN5_72028b6d-19e9-4682-8289-0e519279b4bc
  9. Fitting 35s on factory TRD ORP wheels?

    Maybe not much.
  10. 4Runner 6th Gen OWNERS Registry List & Stats [Add Yours]! 📊

Picked it up in feb. Some mild off-roading with stock setup. Paranoid with tires, will modify soon.
  11. Spongey Brakes?

Brakes do suck. It is not linear, and the initial bite is not confidence inspiring. Tires make a big difference as well. KO3s will probably feel better. You have better tires for street performance.
  12. Prerunner wheels part numbers?

There is a set of 4 TRD OR wheels off a tacoma which has been completely powder coated satin black on ebay for 1.3k.
