    New LIMITED in Aug and just now noticing this light at night staying on long after all other lights off. No idea how long it stays on but it always off the next morning and starts just fine. No I’m 77 and just not interested in standing there. My 2023 doesn’t do this (nor have power hatch). Ideas?

    When working always pulled steps off and put in parts till vehicle sold on my and wife’s demo. Now in retirement they go in the corner in garage.Some were danger to dog getting out of vehicle and all would get dirt on paints or dress at times.

    (IMO) 100% wasted money: Digital Key - just will not work and Toyota can’t fix it. PIA: the leg opening rear tailgate for me works 30% of the time. Now it could be me but….. Also at 77 the technology is just over my head. Not Toyota’s fault. OTHERWISE My other unit is ‘23 4Runner Off-Road...

    Have used thick beach towel in Demos and now in owned Toyotas. Always worked fine. Leather or cloth makes no difference. Until now talking 65/70lb poodles and now 40lb poodle. All works just fine and toss in washer/dryer

    I always keep the backseat headrests in the garage in plastic. Been doing for years in demos and now in both 4runners. The running boards are in the corner.
