These are the Weathertech HP's. Pricy, but I am absolutely blown away by their quality. Fit and finish is perfect and they fit better than any all weather floor mat I've ever used. They arent plasticky like the Lasfits, and they also aren't rubbery. Whatever they use is a nice material though...

Same. With how messed up the drivers side mat was on my Lasfits that shipped to me, I almost went with these but settled on the higher end version of the WT's instead.

It's very possible. I think more likely though, the lower price point of the Lasfits plays into the love for them. The Weathertech HP's though seem like they are a nice rubbery material and I think they are going to be a solid choice for me.

Wasn't really a fit issue. Just some wonky areas on them that werent formed right at the factory. I wasn't a fan of these. They've already been sent back and I ordered the HP's from WT. Figured I'd give Lasfit a try but these aren't for me.

The Weathertech HP are way more pliable than the Lasfits. They are more rubbery than plasticky. At the end of the day the lasfit just weren't for me. Great coverage but just overall seems to cheap to me. I'd rather pony up the extra cash and go with the HP's. Ill post some pics when the come in.

I did read the instructions and I've owned plenty of all wether mats for the many vehicles I've owned. I just was not a fan of the quality on these. The main creases from packaging worked themselves out but the folded over edges on the sides had some creases and hard bends in them that were not...

I understand what you mean here. On my 25 Tacoma the knob turned if you even looked at it. It required almost no pressure to move it between 2 and 4wd. My 4runner dosen't have this issue.

I haven't done this yet on my 4runner but on my 25 Tacoma that has the same switch I did it twice. Not sure how it happened either time but somehow I must have bumped it.

I ended up going with Lasfits as well. The top of the line Weathertech mats are well over 200. That wouldn't be an issue if enough reviews spoke highly of them. What I'm gathering is that their quality has gone downhill. I'm keeping me oem cargo mat, and I ordered the Lasfit front and rear floor...

I never heard that term either, but it would immediately make sense if you ever saw a stinkbug. If you look at one, the way they sit is with their front higher than their rear.
