  1. Rigid Selective Yellow SAE Fog Light Kit installed (Toyota Tundra (22+), Sequoia (23+), Tacoma (24+), 4Runner (25+))

They look nice and bright but those need to be aimed down a fair bit. Fog lights should sit below your headlamp beam, and illuminate the road directly in front of the vehicle. Best way to aim is park 25' away from a wall, measure the distance from the ground to the middle of the lamp, mark that...
  2. My JBL audio system upgrade adventure for decent sound. Review of Trailgridpro set and Beatsonic Encore X.

Ah I did not see that during my first read through. I have found even with a lot of tweaking the factory sub seems to be very lacking as a lot of bass seems to come from the door speakers(changing balance to rear seems to kill almost all the bass completely). I am looking at options for making...
  3. My JBL audio system upgrade adventure for decent sound. Review of Trailgridpro set and Beatsonic Encore X.

Why did you opt for the Encore X when they make a plug and play amp that works with the JBL system? Was it a preference thing or did it provide more control?
  4. Premium Headlights part number

Didn't they have something at Sema? I am pretty sure they have headlamps and tail lamps currently in development but I could be mistaken.
  5. TRD Pro / Trailhunter headlights install on lower trims?

Yea I was pretty confident the 4Runner trims would be plug and play without issue because the Tacoma is like that. Its why I am fairly confident the 4Runner lights will work in the Tacoma. Its all the same connections, and as seen from aftermarket options like AlphaRex, they are the exact same...
  6. Premium Headlights part number

No the base headlamps say 4Runner on them but they do not illuminate. Limited trim and Platinum illuminate 4Runner, the TRD Pro illuminates the word TRD on one and Pro on the other, and the Trailhunter illuminates the logo.
  7. Premium Headlights part number

I work for Toyota. I have access to the parts lookup
  8. TRD Pro / Trailhunter headlights install on lower trims?

So quick update... While I haven't taken delivery of my 4Runner, I did do a lot more research and looking at wiring connectors and everything else, these are plug and play and will work as long as the vehicle has the levelling motors. Even if you have the base headlamps with the halogen turn...
  9. Premium Headlights part number

They are almost all plug and play from what I can see. Looking at the parts diagrams for the connectors for the headlamps they all use the same connectors on the back except base models if they do not have the levelling motor. But the other 2 connectors are still the same so they should still...
  10. TRD Pro / Trailhunter headlights install on lower trims?

I still have not taken delivery of my 4Runner. ETA seems to be unavailable at the moment so the best the dealer can estimate is sometime early next year. Probably just going to do a 1-2 year lease on a Tacoma and then get a 4Runner once they are more readily available because I need something...
  11. Delivery estimates for Canada

At this point any orders placed now will likely end up being for a 2026 model year unless the dealer still has an allocation left for a 2025. With the wait times and how late in the year it is, I don't see there being many 2025s left for new orders. I placed an order for an Off Road Premium at...
  12. Front Brake Squeal Noise Fix - official TSB brakes fix! (TSB-0046-25)

Huh weird, at my dealer we do the work and submit the claim after the work is performed. We then retain the parts until told to dispose of them in case they want to inspect them. We just did our first TSB on a 4Runner yesterday(ordered the parts the day before) so the TSB had not been updated...
  13. Front Brake Squeal Noise Fix - official TSB brakes fix! (TSB-0046-25)

For people getting the noise back after having already had the TSB performed, I am wondering if they are going update the TSB and do what they did on the Tundra, which is also replace the rotors. The pads and hardware are all the same from that Tundra TSB just without the rotors.
  14. Front Brake Squeal Noise Fix - official TSB brakes fix! (TSB-0046-25)

I really don't get why your dealer is giving you such a hard time over this. It is warranty, they should just replace them and be done with it. At my dealership, customer complains about an issue, we see a corresponding TSB, we test drive it to replicate the issue, then we do the job. As simple...
