Either way I strongly suggest placing a piece of cardboard under the mat. Both are thinner than they use ro be and will wear a spot through your carpet.

I agree ! I like to take care of my vehicles. Even though I can no longer dabble in the heavy mechanic stuff any more. I find working on my vehicle to be therapy. When I’m not messing around in the garage, you’ll find me fishing for tarpon or snook. So if it’s what you like to do, do it!
With an NGL#2 grease with moly being recommended for the drive shaft slip yoke. Would you consider Liqui Moly 3520 LM 47 Long-Life Grease +MoS2 grease a high-quality useable grease?
What would you recommend for the spyder joints? I realize a NGL2 Lithium grease is what Toyota calls for.

The transfer calls for 75W. The dealership I talked with said they put the same weight in all three holes. That being said my research found that the transfer case calls for GL-4 and stated that
GL-5 has some reacton with yellow metals. However, some say modern GL-5 won't harm yellow...
