In my case, yes. When I brought this issue up when I took mine in for service at the end of May. The service technician said that they had to verify it. It was verified, parts ordered. Was told there was nation-wide parts shortage. So I am patiently waiting.

Are you sure? Without stepping on the brake in my 4Runner,
1. pressing start button for the first time - accessory/acc mode
2. pressing the start button a second time - ignition on, engine off
3. pressing the start button a third time - powers the vehicle down (aka off)

My Silverado has reverse tilt mirrors and I love them. Just sucks a little in rainy weather. My 4Runner doesn't have this feature, but when I put it in reverse I get both a rear view and a top view, which makes it pretty easy backing into a parking lot stall. I still get a good view...
It is not a feature on the ORP. Only a feature on the trims above it. I agree with what @HY80ftw said. The cameras are so good that you don't need the reverse tilt function, especially with the top view. I think these cameras work really well in inclement weather. I have a Chevy Silverado...

Since most of my driving is in town, I am following the Special Operating Conditions schedule. Oil changes at every 5,000 miles or 6 months (also happens to be the schedule GM recommends for my Chevy Silverado).
