    I was thinking of investing in an auxiliary fuel tank from Long Range America on my 3rd gen 4runner. However, I will just stick to three Jerry can setup and two rotopax, as I don't need all that fuel all the time. I will only need it twice a year.

    You can install an aftermarket Tranny cooler on the 6th gen. This is on a 4th gen Tacoma but its very similar.

    I am stuck between a 5th gen and the 6th gen. I test drove a 2010 5th gen today and got 18 MPG around town. I can afford either one. My question is what MPGs are you getting on your 6th gens? What is better with the 6th gen, for those coming from the 5th? Thanks!
