    I took my '25 ORP Hybrid on a 2500 mile trip last October a month after I bought it. Trip started at 730 miles on the odometer. I changed the oil when I got home at 3333 miles.

    Unrelated to whether its categorized as accident or not. Filing claims most often ends up as increased premiums. Too many will get you cancelled.

    I would never do an insurance claim for something that minor. They'll jack your rates up or cancel you.
