HELP "Toyota Connect" not connecting

In the last year we have purchased a 25 Tacoma SR5 and recently a 25 4Runner SR5. The Toyota Connect works perfectly on the Tacoma, but will not work on the 4Runner. I will note that I can use the "Key Fob" for remote start and unlocking and to lock the 4Runner, but when it comes to the App on the phone none of the App connect features work. When the 4runner is the selected vehicle on the App you can see things like tire pressure, mileage, and so on. It also sends you messages when the vehicle's door is unlocked. Sadly I can not use the App to lock the doors like I can on the Tacoma. I have called and we did delete the app and reinstall to no avail.

If you call, the folks should be able to send a remote signal to the car that resets the connection to the antennae - I had this issue with a new Venza and couldn't use any of my Connected features until they intervened.

I called while sitting in the car in the driveway to make sure a good signal could be received.

"UPDATE" All fixed. Toyota connect was awesome and walked through a complete reset of the system and now it works great.
