    Ya i used emery cloth and tried sanding it . Its smooth but can still feel it with my nail. Never heard of the nail polish . Wondering how much of the shaft actually goes into the cartridge. Its a little higher then the 1/2 way point on shaft

    Dont ask me how but I scratched the strut shaft . I tried sanding it will fine grit sandpaper but I can still feel it slightly with finger nail . Im so mad . Truck is brand new . Its about 1/2 way down the shaft . What do you guys think ? Am I going to have to replace ?

    Well I did it. This is a orp without top spacer. I may add top spacer but not sure yet.

    Yes im.also wondering if you left the top plate off? The kit will.give you 2.5 if the lower collar and top plate are both used . Im looking for a picture of someone's truck without top plate. Cant find anyone that did it

    Bought a 26 trd orp hybrid . Want to lift the front mostly for cosmetic purposes. Maybe some mild off road in future but its a familly vehicle for now and a expensive one at that . I bought a wescot preload collar kit but haven't installed it yet. How much strain am I going to be putting on...
