For me it’s because I was stranded on a mountain pass because when I got a flat (I know this is my fault) ended up in a 6 hour ordeal with a rescue team. My rims didn’t fit the lug nuts to the donut lol and the dealer didn’t give me the extra standard lugs. I wouldn’t want to get off that pass...
