    You are absolutely right. The oil changes (2) should be free. The customer is always right used to be how sales and service treated buyers and owners. Nowadays they really dont care. The dealership I bought my 4R from never contacted me for any service. No followup. Congrats on your new vehicle.

    Took my 2025 TRD OR to my Toyota dealer close by for a 500 mile first oil change ( did not buy it there), they said it is not due intil 10,000 becuz Totota care wiil give you 2 free oil changes but at 500 miles you have to pay out of your own pocket.
