    I bought a full size 2025 Tacoma spare wheel/tire this week for this purpose. It was $100 at a Scrap yard. If you’ll get the Tacoma steel wheel part number and search it on google, you’ll find one is about $100 new if you want to go that route. I found the used ones were more, for some reason.
