I have 2025 and noticed a gain in mpg around 10,000 miles. Engine seemed to be more responsive. I was on my third oil and filter change by then too. Mainly highway miles. Running full tanks across country.

Takes about 30min to install. I just removed the lower switch cover and the brake controller plug is right there. There is a handy screw right there for the ground too. 2025 4Runner limited.
