Those of you with the base audio system who have replaced your dash speakers, have you encountered any issues with the speakers shutting down? I found that the door speakers are 4 ohm and the dash are 8. Also apparently somewhere along the way Toyota changed the harness so the dash are only 2...

For the front door speakers going with the made to fit MB Quart, did you notice any sound improvement over the factory speakers? Are you using an amp for the door speakers? How is the soundstage with the tweeters in the dash and the midrange so far apart in the door?
