Thanks, and agreed. Hopefully they answer, but I'm also not optimistic that we'll get anything useful. The manual (page 616 in mine) is clear: All 2 row models have 895 lbs capacity and all 3 row models have 1160 lbs. It seems to contradict itself and also creates a pretty large weight...

Has anyone mounted a Thule roof box on the 3/4 ARB rack yet? My TSP came with that rack installed, and when I look at the non-flat shape of the bottom of some of these boxes, I wonder if they'll go on the 3/4 platform rack. I would like to use the t-slot adapter and not the clamps.

Did anyone ever figure this out? My new TSP says 895 lbs. I think it's interesting that the extra row of seats adds capacity... Wouldn't that add weight? Maybe the sticker value is what they crash tested?
