I love mine. ORP. Don’t foresee getting rid of it anytime soon. I do think the heat in general is not great. My 10 yr old grand cherokee gets super warm and cozy in no time. 4R takes much longer for sure

Yes definitely depends on the dealer. You are fortunate to have found a good dealership with good car mechanics. I think in Jersey, 4R and Land Cruiser are not as readily seen as west coast or CO. May be we have techs focus more on highlanders and Rav 4 in Jersey.

Absolutely! After paying close to 65k for my ORP, i wish i had better experience during my visit. I think at the end of the day, even though its the individual dealerships and not toyota for poor customer service, but its still toyota. Good luck! Hope u have a better experience.
