I just installed the Westcott Lo Pro and like it a lot. High quality all around. As someone else stated, its no taller than the factory rack. Definitely quieter than the factory rack, which I did not expect since there are so many cross bars.
Not the first to bring this up but, dang, the gauge cluster and piano black surfaces get micro scratches no matter how careful you are. I keep my vehicles as pristine as possible and this infuriates me. Minor thing but a huge annoyance to me. I bought the protective film package from Screen...
I installed 1" Spider Trax wheel spacers on my '25 Heritage Blue Limited and I'm very happy with the slight change. It is minor, but I can immediately tell they fill out the wheel wells much nicer. Its not a major thing but the inset wheels and tires bothered me. No perceptible change to how...
Had the same squealing issue randomly and also park in climate controlled garage. After bugging the dealer several times, they agreed to order the parts but would not install shims until they could replicate it, which they were able to do. The fix worked perfectly. It’s so in-Toyota to have a...
Shredded two of the original Dunlops on my Limited only about 4000 miles in. I don't go off road much (its why I went with the Limited) and put Michellens on it. I'd have to say, I think they're worth the price for daily driver and the occasional off road to a fishin hole. So quiet and great...
Lived in Friendswood for years, but once a Texan, always a Texan! Ohio via Texas and Colorado, now. I like the looks of that rack but not if its "meh". I like the Westcott low one. Trying to decide on Westcott or Prinsu....
The only thing I don't like is the jerkiness of the auto start from a stoplight. I can always shift into manual or Tow/Haul mode, though. I've driven much lesser vehicles with much smoother engagement. Other than than I love it!
Let us know how that ceramic looks. I did the front window tints and it looks bad a$&. Considering ceramic after a good correction in the summer. It suck ass here now and I can’t get warm enough to work on it in the winter. Even in the garage.
I have a Heritage Blue 25 Limited and it hides scratches pretty well. However it DOES scratch rather easily. My 23 Black Tundra was the same. I think the clear coat is soft?? Pissed me off to no end. One regular car wash and I was compounding that sucker like crazy. My HB Limited hides it...
Yeah I’d say it’s mechanical. I drive a couple similar drive trains recently (I drive a lot of rentals for work) and none of them had the same clunk. So far if I’m in a lot of traffic I just drop in in 8M. But it’s still annoying. Otherwise DANG! I love this truck. Girlfriend digs it too!
I think the Limited rides pretty well for being a truck. In fairness, I replaced the stock tires with top of the line Michellins because I shredded two of the originals on road debris at 7k. (Fun, not). I keep it in comfort or Normal and honestly I don’t think it’s too bad. Sport is a...
