I agree 100%, it's one of those things that is super annoying and noticeable. Something I would not really expect in a 90k CAD truck.... yet its not broken enough for many service reps to notice right away or chase due to how small it is.
It's one of the only things that really bothers me about the car. In bumpy conditions which happens often where I live, my 4runner feels terrible through the steering wheel.

That's my worry too is that it is so slight right now that they wont fix it... It almost needs to be audible for them to track it down. I was planning on bringing it up on my next oil change visit. I have changed tires and rims and it had no change on the issue.
I was using comfort on mine as all the reviewers said it was the go to setting for the limited. With 18's I find comfort is nice on long highways but in the city it actually seems to make the steering feel a bit loose, normal tightens things up to a point where the ride is almost the same but...
Yeah I’m feeling this in mine as well. I was thinking maybe I’m just getting used to it and now noticing it but I’m 1500kms in and over slightly rough roads it feels like something is almost loose in the steering. Larger bumps are solid and it’s most noticeable when breaking over rough surfaces.
Anyone know at what point we start putting in 2026 orders? I only did a single deposit mostly because I found dealerships that I were not the closest Toyota dealership to my address would not put me on their allocation priority list.
