Only way to do this with OEM parts is to swap over the entire LC250 wheel AND airbag. Pretty expensive but I'm definitely going to be doing this at some point. It's plugnplay + the leather on the LC250 wheel is much nicer
Getting a bad batch of gas is never fun lol. I got a bad tank of E85 in the M2 once (there was literal dirt in the fuel) and ended up having to clean/replace every component in the fuel system lol. I’m never going back to those no name stations ever again
I just get quality gas and don’t really worry about it (usually Chevron or Shell). On my M2, I’ll run Techron’s cleaner every ~5k miles. I’ll probably do the same with this truck at some point
So far I'm absoultely loving this rig! I'm on a 1200 mile trip from TX to NC and the only issues I can find are with the front wipers:
First, does anyone else agree that they are kinda loud? I feel like the motors are way louder than they should be for a 2025 car. Maybe take it in for warranty...
Yup I noticed a significant decrease in wind noise; but I'm also sensitive to that kinda stuff. The front wiper motors on mine are pretty loud imo for example. Either way, I say take them off and see how it goes. They're super easy to get back on! I'm on a 1200 mile road trip right now and am...
PPF when brand new is ALWAYS worth it to me. I literally just hit a bag of lime rock that someone left on the highway and zero damage to the paint. 100% worth it for the peace of mind it provides
Just uninstalled my OEM cross bars today. It's pretty much exactly the same procedure as outlined above:
- Pop off the four plastic caps. You'll see 2 indentations on each one for a plastic pry tool. Be careful as they are on super tight and will go flying at the paint.
- Remove the 4 hex bolts...
Yup the setting for this is in the instrument cluster. I beleive it's abbreviated as "RSA" or something similar to that. Turned it off and no more beeps for me. No idea why that's on by default
Dallas, TX here. Just paid ~$600 for Xpel on the front bumper and headlights only. Realistically speaking, you don't need to do any other areas considering how high up the truck sits. If you have mudflaps, that takes care of any concern with chips on the side
