@bobholthaus - he would definitely produce that plate for you. Just contact Phil at Offroad Toy Outfitters (https://offroadtoyoutfitters.com/). The plate for the wiring bus piggy backs off this mounting bracket for the ARB twin motor air compressor...
Sure. Here are a couple of photos of the SwitchPros control module mounted to my SDHQ 12v power relocation bracket (https://sdhqoffroad.com/products/25-4runner-sdhq-built-under-hood-power-solution-kit) which sits over the master brake cylinder.
Here's where all of my accessories terminate in...
I used the one that came with it. FIt perfectly and mounts directly against the vertical T-slot on the crossbar. Just consider the front-to-back crossbar placement during the install.
The rear hatch ladder is surprisingly light, and I haven't notices any problems with the power liftgate. Doesn't seem to strain, moves, smoothly, etc.
I took a couple of pictures to show you how my ladder and RTT line up when the rear hatch is open. I definitely planned the RTT install to...
Hi M&M,
I really don't think you need to worry too much. The rubber feet sit behind the aluminum side rail, so they are shielded from direct sunlight and potential UV damage. I'm sure they're rugged enough to withstand high ambient temperatures within the ranges you'd experience. Hope that...
My mods (excluding the bike rack) add about 500lbs to the gross vehicle weight. With that weight and the aerodynamic hit from the RTT, I'm getting between 18-20mpg with my average over the last 5 tanks of gas averaging 18.6mpg.
Thanks @HVLA. Regarding your questions:
1. I haven't tracked it, but it's probably more than I'd care to admit. 😳
2. No YouTube channel. Maybe some day...
One year ago, I took delivery of my 2025 Toyota 4Runner TRD Off-Road Premium iForceMAX. It was one of the first 50 6th Gens to arrive at the Port of Portland, and I was psyched! I’d done the research and had my dealer (Columbia Gorge Toyota in The Dalles) place a factory reservation for the...
I installed the CBI Super Stock Covert Recovery Bumper on my TRD ORP hybrid and I've been really happy with it. Total install time (including the WARN EVO 10-S) was about 4.5 hrs, and the hardest/scariest part was just cutting and finishing the edge of the plastic bumper cutout.
I found this...
You really can't go wrong with the Sherpa. I considered both the Westcott and the Sherpa, and I'm glad I went with the Capital rack. The fit is solid, installation was easy, and there is very little wind noise. Mine has held up great and I have no regrets.
I actually ended up going with the CBI Super Stock Covert bumper with a set of Baja Designs S2 Pro fogs and a WARN EVO 10k winch, and I'm really happy with it. Here's a quick iPhone pic:
Here's my detailed post about the Sherpa Capital rack. I'm a big fan. You can mix and match with this stuff -- I also have the Westcott Designs rear hatch ladder and I love their stuff, too...

You have to remove the plastic cover panel and measure for the location of the holes for the mounting screws (I agree, a template would have been nice...) but it wasn't that...
Take a look at this thread:

I finally got this installed. The black plastic plate below the headlight is exactly the right size/shape surface to mount the strobe onto, and I was able to wire it into my SwitchPros 9100 for control from the dash.
Here are a couple of install photos to show the process, while I had the...
I can charge it from 15% to 90% in under two hours with the EcoFlow throttled to only charge at 400W (not drawing the full 2400W off the inverter).
The reason I did that is that the Toyota DC-AC inverter is really loud when it's maxed out. See my other post about that here...
