Hey - yes they are perforated and are designed to work with heated / cooled seats. These just slide over the existing seats and have clips / straps to keep them tight and form fitting.

Looking to sell Lexland Black seat covers - only had them on / installed for about two weeks and removed. Getting full leather seat replacement instead. Purchased for 260 - would sell for 200+shipping OBO. These are practically new and did look good, just wanted something different.
