The shop I went to used hushmat. The sub is a 10 in powered JL audio sub. The model number is ACP110LG-TW1.

The sound deaending was around $100 per door including labor. The install for the sub was $350. The most expensive part was the sub itself.

I have actually found that the noise is coming from the top part of the door. If you go to YouTube and play an 80 hz sound you narrow down pretty easily where it’s coming from. When you press slightly on the side of the arm rest it goes away.

Has anyone else been experiencing rattles in the interior B pillar section by the seatbelt area? I am getting some pretty serious rattles with the slightest amount of bass from the speakers and I am wondering if anyone has removed that interior panel to fix the rattle.

Nice work, I may try this myself. Are you hearing any rattles or anything from the new sub now that it has real power? Also are you hearing rattles from the doors with the bass turned up max? My 4runner rattles pretty noticeably with any bass at volume 20+.
