First time off roading with the new wheels, tires, lift setup. I’m looking to add a roof rack and rock rails soon. What is recommended?

Hi, I need some help deciding what tires I am going to put on my new 4Runner Off road premium. I am planning to do the Westcott 2.5/0.75in lift and method 703 +35 offset. I don’t really want to have to trim anything on a brand new car. Do I go 285 70 17 or 285 75 17?
