Looks like someone forgot a screw or two.. Mine was fine for the first 2000 miles... now it's hangaing off. Headed back to the dealer next week. Anyone else have this issue?

So far I love my new 4-Runner Limited Hybrid - we were off to funeral and I went to hang my sport jacket in the back seat. No hook! No Grab bar either! Why did toyota d on this? I had to open the tailgate and use the one in the cargo area. Ugh
