1.5 inch lift in the front using westcott collar and 2 inch lift in the back. btw my car is trd pro, the stock version was already lifted compared to other trims.
I really like the KO3s. They're very capable off-road, grippy and strong. As for noise, I honestly can't tell much difference from my stock Toyo Open Country ATIIIs. And the white letters look great on the 4runner.
For anyone wondering if a 285/70R18 KO3 (E-Load, ~33.6") fits in the factory under-bed spare location: The good news is: Yes, it fits without modifications, but it is really tight... No need to modify the bracket or anything, but you have to intentionally push the tire back toward the hitch...
