Did you end up trying to lower your pre-load? From Foxs website they only rates these for up to 2.25” of lift and you said you were running 2 3/4”. Sounds like too much pre-load. This also definitely limits your down travel.

Aspire is a great small company. They are local to me and the owner Cody is super helpful with any customer service you need. I picked up these light and definitely recommend them. Better looking than stock and half the price of what premium lighting companies are going to charge.
