I looked at mine and took a bolt off. There are six bolts per side, two per bracket. 12mm hex head flange bolt. There are two dots on the head and the bolt has a captive washer, with a tapered end on the bolt. I think you need 12x M8x30mm bolts with washers.

Have the wife use the Toyota App to remote start while you get it figured out.
