I ordered and installed the same insulator pad. No issues or complaints with my install. Engine/turbo noise seems ever so slightly quieter, but it's probably just a placebo effect. I do have ESE (Engine Sound Enhancement) disabled as well.

Your ORP model should have a very similar under hood insulator pad from the factory. SR5 models do not come with it.

Seats didn't need removed. Just tumble and folded them forward with the latch.
