I have an SR5, it came with a matching aluminum wheel, but it was narrower and had a temporary 'donut' tire. I replaced it immediately with a closely matching wheel and full sized tire (I upgraded to larger KO2s at the dealership) and it cost around $350 for the set up.

I did, I went to Lowes and bought a rubber grommet 1 and 1/8inch by 23/32nds. part number H#881262. I turned it inside out and slipped it over the little knob. It worked great, fits just right for my fat fingers and I can get a good grip.
