Totally agree. I was really leaning towards a 4Runner after being a Subaru fan for many years. Don't really do hard off-roading, but thought I'd try my hand at getting into a body-on-frame with proper truck parts. But this shift in pricing and model lineup doesn't inspire confidence in this...

YES, yes they are. AND I’m sure there will be some ADM thrown in for good measure. Mix that in with the inability to order exactly what you want, you’ll more than likely have to contend with the allocation lottery.. not worth it to me, especially with it being more expensive and a new model year...

So, that full time 4WD system on the 4Runners.. no lockers available? What about crawl control? Is that something that comes by default?
