  1. TRD Pro - Not So Pro Ride Quality!!!

As other's have mentioned, definitely try adjusting your shock settings. My came from dealer on the softest setting which I disliked. I recommend trying all three settings for a full day to get a good fell and road feedback for each setting. I found the middle selection the best for my...
  2. Superficial comparison look at Tacoma vs 4Runner TRD Pro (materials, build quality, feel, paint)

Excellent comparison review. I'm waiting for my 2025 4Runner TRD PRO to come in, hopefully next month. I've owned a 2024 Tacoma Trail Hunter which I traded in a year later on a 2025 Tacoma TRD PRO. In my personal experience I have noticed the build quality is better in the 2025. I noticed you...
  3. VIN Number decoder question

Thanks all for the replies. Mine finally updated with the actual Vin number. Still in production status with a July delivery.
  4. Hybrid system failed - "System Malfunction Visit Your Dealer"

I had the Hybrid System Malfunction code come up on my 2024 Tacoma Trailhunter with less than a thousand miles. Toyota ended up replacing the Transmission, Torque Converter and Hybrid battery. They ended up doing a recall on certain Vin numbers. Hopefully this isn't happening on the Hybrids...
  5. What is "Quality Hold" Status

Dito on Trailhunter. I was told by dealer possible 30 day delay.
  6. VIN Number decoder question

Hi all. I received my Vin number on my TRD Pro that I'll be purchasing. Instead of having numbers for the last six of the Vin it has two numbers two letters then two numbers. Anyone else come across this in the last six of their Vin?
  7. SofTex or Leather interior?

Toyota's Softex is fantastic. I had the black Softex in my 2015 and 2017 4Runner TRD Pro's and currently have the new mineral color in my 24 Tacoma Trailhunter. It held up great on both Pro's and looked just as good as the day I bought them when they got traded in. I'm Looking forward to...
  8. Official: Start of Production Schedule of 2025 4Runner 6th Gen Begins December 2024! Non-Hybrid First, Then Hybrid Models

If Toyota follows suit as the Tacoma, the TRD Pro's and Trailhunter's will most likely be packed with add on's before they hit the dealerships. Pushing the price in the $70k to $80k which will most likely lesson the buyer pool and not leave much room for dealer mark ups. But I'm sure some...
  9. Mudbath is a metallic color - photo

One more reason for choosing this color IMO.
