I have a 25 Platinum 4Runner at 3,000 Mi I had the squeaky brake issue brought it to my dealer and told him happened only in the morning they heard it and replaced the pads and turn the rotors they said it was excess metal in the pads.

I will post if it comes back. It took 3k miles furniture to begin.

We will find out. Hopefully they are wrong.

I posted my response on another thread, but the short and simple response. I brought mine back to the dealer and they found out that the pads had too much metal in them. So they replace the pads and resurface the rotors it's been 4 days and the noise hasn't come back

No noise in the morning. It's been 4 days so far. I will keep you posted.

I just heard back from my service advisor at Toyota and they're replacing the pads and resurfacing the rotor. Under warranty of course. I'm asking to have new rotors put on

I have the same thing on my 2005 Platinum the thing is I don't use my AC but it out every time I stop it drips on the passenger side up by the door
