Off Road Taco owner on the new Trd Pro 18in wheels. You can go to 275/70/r18 with no issues. The spare will be very tight however. You can do 35's but that is the point when you have to start unbolting the crash bars and triming, spare will not fit under the truck.

With the diff skid you have to remove a brake line to install the one of the brackets, not hard but if you're not paying attention you can scratch it or damage it. I imagine it's the same for the 4Runner's, the front plates should be interchangeable between all OffRoad trims. Ive had the parts website say mixed things before as well.
